Mrs. James Tatum and Jay of Chapel Hill, N.C. Debbie Marshall and friend of Culpeper visited Mrs. J. M. Lillard Sunday. Mrs. Lillard, accompanied by Miss Becky Edmonds of Front Royal, dined at the Teepee in Sperryville Sunday evening. Holiday houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones were their daughters and families, Mr. and Mrs. Arne Olsen, Arne Edward and Byrd of Concord and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kite and daughters of Luray. Returning to her home in Hamilton, Ohio Saturday will be Mrs. Gail Newland, who has spent the last three weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Updike.

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Faulkner of Orange were the July 4th holiday guests of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.

Trenton Burke of Culpeper accompanied Mrs. Guy Burke and Mrs. Charles C. Burke to Berryville Tuesday where they visited Mrs. Alice Fincham and Gilbert. Afterwards they called on Mr. and Mrs. Isaiah Burke, also of Berryville.

Houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. Bradford Fisher and family for several weeks are Mrs. Fisher’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Crawford of Jekyll Island, Ga. Mrs. Fisher’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Cittadino, Joy and Eddie of Toms River, N.J. spent the holiday weekend with the Fisher family.

Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Vaughan, Jack and Bradford of Simsbury, Conn, were Wednesday overnight guests of Mrs. Vaughan’s father, C. J. Miller, Jr., enroute to the wedding of her nephew, Edward Jenner Wood of Atlanta, Ga., in Charlotte, N.C. Mr. Miller was in Charlotte from Friday until Sunday to attend the wedding of his grandson, Mr. Wood, to Miss Elizabeth Roddey Dowd of Charlotte.
