Chairman
Phil Butten of Washington, outgoing president of the Rappahannock Lions Club, has been named zone chairman. Besides the Rappahannock club, Zone 2, Region IV is made up of Brandy Station, Culpeper Dawn, Culpeper Host, Culpeper Mid-day. Fauquier, Remington and Warrenton clubs.
The only other Rappahannockian besides Butten to hold this position was Paul Nichols, who served as Zone Chairman for two terms: 1964-65 and again in 196869.
