December 10, the Flint Hill Fire Unit responded to a fire on the property of Josef Gardiner at High Meadows Farm. The same unit assisted the Amissville Fire Company in a structure fire at Amissville Dec. 11, 1978.
The Sperryville Rescue Unit transported Morgan Johnston from W inches tarf Memorial Hospital to hit;' home in Sperryville, December 7. Mrs. Kathleen Dodson was taken from her home to Fauquier Hospital by the same unit December 8.
