Manson countered that the fire department holds a 99 Year lease from the town for the fire hall, an agreement that has at least SO more years before expiration.

“Do you have a copy of the town ordinances?" Manson retorted, in reference to Washington's local town laws which have been missing for at least two years. “No, I don’t have a copy of the lease,” he said.
Luke interjected that in researching the deed for the fire hall, he'd found no mention of any 99 year lease.
Manson argued that a 99 year lease, had been granted to the squad despite the absence of any records and insisted later that enough people were aware of this agreement to constitute proof for a court of law that the lease existed.
