been about our own expert on wild food foraging in Rappahannock. Theresa Boardwine is a licensed clinical herbalist, who has foraging workshops in April of each year. The end result is a tasty meal and an appreciation for free, organic food in our forests. How many of us have cursed the proliferation of garlic mustard greens in our yards and gardens? If you saut£ some in early spring, you will have an entirely different view of this plant — guaranteed! Theresa is a teacher who conducts workshops and classes in her 30- foot yurt on Rock Mills Road. In her next workshop on June 22-24, participants will identify and use local medicinal plants which they will gather, harvest, brew into herbal teas, elixirs, tinctures, oils and salves. She also has available a large selection of wellness tonics. Teresa is available to provide clinical consultations for health issues. Call 937-4283. June 9 Italian Night
