Position provides comprehensive clinical services to chemically dependent persons and their families. Services include assessment/evaluations. individual, group/family therapy, case management including medication, crisis intervention, stabilisation, release planning, post-release service coordination. Responsible for maintaining clinical records/documentation according to federal, state, agency policies/procedures. Knowledgeable In both substance abuse and mental health issues, demonstrate strong clinical skills in providing individual, group and family substance abuse therapy, strong organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to function as a member of a clinical team. Bachelor s degree In social work, psychology, counseling or marriage and family therapy and three years of job-related experience. Virginia Clinical licensure or license-eligible. Master s Degree In social work, psychology, counseling or marriage and family therapy, and three years post-master's clinical experience preferred.
