The new law provides that there be paid for dragging "not to exceed 50 cents per mile for each xnile traveled back and forth." Practically all the trustees ofthe state thought this meant 50 cents per mile for a round trip. The attorney general office holds not. Under the ruling made today it will be a dollar a round trip. If a man drags a mile down the road he gets 50 cents for that mile, and If he comes back over the same mile with his drag he gets another 50 cents for the mils. It is the distance actually traveled.
