Ilarley Stafford, who is helping at the Northwestern depot had a very Larrow escape Tuesday morning of last week from being crushed under the incoming train. He hurried from the office to hand an order to the engineer. As he nean-d the engine he slipped and fell forward but throwing out his hand the car struck him and threw him back on tbe platform.
