M. a parcel of land with frame dwelling thereon, containing 1 3/10 Acres, more or less, situate about one mile east of Amissville, in Rappahannock County, facing on Route No. 211, known as the Lee Highway. This property-was conveyed to the late Annie Amiss by Charles B. Chusrtian and wife by deed dated December 4, 1911, and recorded in Deed ®ook Z, page 165 of the land records of (Rappahannock County, and was for a number of years the home of the late Willie McClanahan.
