Sale Dates Set
The 1950 Eastern Stud Ram Sale will be held June 14-15 at Staunton, G. W. Litton, associate animal husbandman at VPI. and secretary of the sponsoring organizations, announces.
The sale isr sponsored by the Southwest Virginia Purebred Sheep Breeders Association and the Valley- Northern Virginia Purebred Sheep Breeders Association.
The sale committee will meet at VPI January 16 to makd plans Tor the sale. Business before the meeting also will include election of a new committee chairman to replace John Goater of The Plains, who has moved out of the state.
Members of the committee are W. S. Belfield, Gordonsville; Robert W. Sharpe, The Plains; Sam F. McClure, Jr., Spottswood; J. S. Moss, Burke’s Garden.
