Castleton H.D. ckb will meet at the home of Mrs. Doris Coughlin, January 24, 1 :!! 0 p.m. The demonstration will he on “Tray Stenciling.”
Chester Gap H. D. club will meet at the home of Mrs. Mary Bolt, January 26, at 2 p.m. The demonstration will he on "Rug Making.”
The Washington Resettlement Home Demonstration club will meet at the home of Mrs. Thomas Smoot. The demonstration will be on ‘‘Rug Making.”
The women of four different Home Demonstration clubs of the county had a tray painting good time last week. The H.D. clubs that met last week were the Sperryville, Amissville, F.T. Valley and Woodville. Some very lovely trays were stenciled at the Sperryville Club, seven stenciled at the Amissville club, 14 stenciled at the F.T. Valley club, and seven stenciled at the Woodville H.D. club.
The Sperryville Home Demonstration club met at the home of Mrs. Ned Johnson. Year books were given out and it was decided tiiat for the next meeting the club would have as their demonstration “Use of Attachments to the Sewing Machine.” A Singer sewing machine demonstrator from Winchester, will be present to give the demonstration. Tl.is meeting will be held at the home of Mrs. John Snead, Jr.
Mrs. John Revercomb entertained the F. T. Valley Home Demonstration club. This was an all day meeting, begun at 10:20 a.m. The following business was taken up: $1.00 was contributed by the club to the March of Dimes; the new',year books were ghen out and explained. One half year's hostesses for the monthly meetings were decided
