upon. The club decided to send food to the Belle Meade school, to be used in making: soup for the children. Lastly the elu'b decided to have their next month's demonstration a continuation of tray stenciling and rug making. After thisfe business n(eeting a very delicious meal was served by the hostess and members. Each member brought along a covered dish, all of these were delicious. Then the members adjourned to the basement to stencil trays. This was such a fine place to work, everyone agreed that they had a most enjoyable day.

The Amissville H.D. club met at Mrs. Charles Green’s, January 12 for an all day meeting. The day was conducted similar to the F. T. Valley meeting. Business was taken up first. The club also brought food that will be sent overseas, to the needy families. They made definite plans to sponsor a show and dance February 17. Another all day meeting was held this week, this being by the Woodville H.D. club. At the club’s business meeting, year books were given out and explained, it was decided to look into the needed indoor recreation equipment for the Woodville school. The club wishes to give something along the line of recreational equip• ment to the school. Another delicious meal was served by the members. Everyone enjoyed it so very much. The meeting ended
