Neighbors in Front Royal got more snow than foil in Rappahannock but they did not hare the high winds. Nearly everyone in Front Royal had cellars to pump dry. In Culpeper there iwas trouble with high water, and one bus load of school children was marooned and had to be taken In by neighbors. Culpeper and Warrenton had practically no snow and very little winds.
