Mayor Davis and Mrs. C. X. Miller of the town council 'of Washington, were guests Wednesday of the Business and Professional Woman’s Club of Washington, D.C., at a luncheon at the Willard hotel. Mayor Davis was guest speaker. Miss Agusta Uhl was program chairman and Mrs. Mary Hysong presided at the meeting.

Ewes due to lamb within the next month should be getting extra grain now, says George Litton, associate animal husbandman at V.P.I.
Extra food is particularly important when snow covers pasture.
Ewes which axe allowed to lose weight in late pregnancy are subject to lambing paralysis, Litton warns.
The ewes should get about 14pound extra grain daily from about a month before lambing up
