All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, near Sperryville, Virginia, fronting on United States Highway No. 211, adjoining E. M. Schwartz, Amos E. Frazier, M. A. Frazier, Anna Smith Brown, R. Lee Taylor, Brooke R. Miller and Maney, containing 268 acres more or less, being a part of the land of which W. G. Wood died seized and possessed and being the land which was allotted to Rachel Wood Piehler and others by decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the chancery cause of C. J. Miller, Jr., et al, Executors of W. CL Wood, deceased vs. Jonas Alther et al. Reference is hereby made to a plat and survey of the said land made by C. T.
