Proper Rates Essential To Good Service In order to provide and maintain good service to this community it is necessary to pay good wages and expand the telephone systems to .keep pace with demands. To keep the proper relationship between revenues and operating expenses adequate rates are not only essential but indispensable. Increased Revenues Not Used For Expansion il The construction of new lines and installation of additional equipment is paid for by new capital investment, not from earnings. An adequate return on investments must be assured before new capital can be acquired. In the past four years the capital investment in the Company has more than doubled.
