James C. Fincham
James Courtland Fincham died suddenly Tuesday afternoon, November 6, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. R. Welch in Flint Hill, where he was spending the afternoon. Mr. Fincham had been in ill health for a number of years,, but suffered a heart attack from which he never rallied.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, at 2 p.m. from Flint Hill Baptist Church \frith the Rev. M. E. Sliger officiating. Internmen followed in the Masonic Cemetery, WashingtonMr.
Fincham; 53, was the son of Armstead B. Fincham of Flint Hill and the late Ada Prince Fincham. He spent his early life in Madison County, moving to Flint Hill some years ago. He was a Veteran of World War I.
Mr. Fincham is survived by his widow, formerly Anna S. Jenkins, and three daughters, Miss Garland B. Fincham, at home; Mrs. W. R.» Welch of Flint Hill, and Miss Mary Kay Fincham of Madison
