County News Notes
Recent \jsitors of Mrs. George Settle at “Locust Grove” were her sons, Thomas H, Settle of (Man* do, Fla., George Settle of Powhatan, and Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Amory of Hilton Village. Thomas Settle spent a week with his mother and brother, James M.' Settle, before returning to Florida.
Dinner guests Friday in the home of Mr. and Mrs- Frank B. Whorton of Centreville were Mrs. Henry Whorton and Miss Louise Whorton, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Brown and children, Jimmie and Jeannie, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Whorton and daughter, and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Dodson and son.
Mrs. Henry Whorton was an overnight guest Friday in the home of her son and daughter-inlaw, Mr. and Mrs. Frank B- Whorton.
