BIRTHDAY PARTY AT AMISSVILLE SCHOOL
Mrs. L. H. Llewellyn of Amissville gave a birthday party at* Amissville Elememtary School on Thursday, February 28, honoring the birthday anniversary of her son, Bobby Llewellyn, eight years old, All the first, second, and third grade pupils were invited to the party from 2:30 to 3:30. Games were played and refreshments were served.
Several of the patrons commented on how much the children enjoyed the school party and said they hoped more school parties /would be held in the future.

The Supervisors, in meeting yesterday, studied, the proposed budget, and approving the calls from schools and welfare' board, found a $2.55 levy would have to supplant last year’s $2.25 tax. i The proposed budget appears on page 7.
