VVilliam C. Vemam, Forester for the Virginia Forest Service, has been transferred to the Wa/renton offiice to replace C. M- Pennock, Jr. Forester Pennock reported to the Richmond District Office as District Forest Management Chief on Friday, February 15. Vernam’s transfer is effective immediately, D. G. Wilfong, Jr., Forester at Charlottesville, has announced.
Forester Vemam will continue to give forest landowners forestry advice and assistance in Loudoun, Fauquier. and Rappahannock counties. Vernam is a native of New York
