Gordon Hhompson’s idiotic expressions, as one of the seven children of Professor Solomon Spiggot, brought down the house whenever he set foot on the stage. Joye Dennis, as Aunt Paradise, had the crowd almost as jumpy as she, in wondering whether the weird events were being caused by “burglars or ha’nts.” Barbara Black and Phyllis Updike were quite natural in their parts of attractive young ladies; Helen Nethers played the gay widow to admiration, in spite of her angel child, well done by Sallie Dwyer. Dot Cloud, as Mrs, Perringtori-' Shine, really bossed her father and daughter, played by Irvin Corbin and Mary Jane Cornell., The for-" mer’s flirtation with Lulu, the maid, in real life Delores Poster, was broken up; however, the latter’s desire to elope was achieved when Tex James, in the form of Rodney Vest, appeared on the scene. Ann Lee played well the legendary sch'ooltaeacher, who was thrilled that a man looked “right at” her. James Goode made such an expert burglar that we hope he will not decide to go in for such a shady occupatioh.
