M. — On The PtemiMt the real estate consisting of six acres, more or less, improved by a six-room frame house with metal roof, and other buildings, situate about one mile south of Amissville, Virginia, on the west and adjacent to Virginia Secondary Route #642 leading from Amissville to Viewtown, bounded by said road, the lands of Mrs* Harry Hall, Arthur Woodard and Charles Wcsly Green. —^ This is the same real estate of which Estelle Virginia Green died seized and possessed, being die land conveyed to Charles N. Green for life with remainder to Estelle Virginia Green by Aylette F, Green and wife by deed dated December 11, 1897 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of die Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 4*U” at page 86.
