Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Charles B. Wood and B. J. Wood to James W. Fletcher and R. V. Snead, Trustees, either dr both of -whom were authorized to act, dated March 24, 1950, and recorded March 24, 1950, in the ‘Clerk’s Office, of the Circuit' Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 53, at page 274 et seq., to secure the payment of said debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable) the undersigned, James W.
