Miss Shirley Cloud was an overnight guest Monday of Mbs Mildred Jenkins. Mrs. Hsnfiy L. Smith of Washington, D. C. spent the weekend with her daughter, Miss Elizabeth H.' Smith in the home of her parents, Mr., and Mrs. George Brown. Elder and Mrs. J. H. Daily left bn Monday for a two week's visit in Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee.
Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman were Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman Jr. of Richmond, Mr. and Mrs. W. B WSKe and their son, “Chappie,” W. B. Wake Sr. Mr. and Mrs. Ulner Miller and two children of Saluda. Additional guests on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Chapman of Washington, D. C-, Mrs. Alice Jones and h^r daughter, Mrs. Richard Forbes and two children of Front Royal.
