Mr^, John S. Browning and Mrs. Edgar# Browning were Front Royal shoppers on Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Turner of Front Royal were bridge guests of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning and mother, Mrs. Edgar Browning on Monday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Johnson of VPI will spend Christmas with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Dennis and Mr and Mrs. E. L. Johnson of Sperryville.

Pete Dennis of North‘s Carolina will arrive at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Dennis on December 26 for a vist of several days. Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Lillard were guests of Mrs. Lillard’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Pullen over the weekend. Rev. David Menchhofer, who has been suffering with a sprained ankle, is much improved. G. W. Smith III and Robert L. Massie Jr. were in Winchester on business Saturday. G. W. Smith Jr. was in Washing- - on, D. C. on business Monday.
