Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh spent Sunday in Charlottesville with Mrs. DeBergh’s parents, Col. and Mrs. E. W. Raley.

John R. DeBergh is in Charlottesville this week attending a meeting of the parole officers.

Miss Catherine Fincham of Falls (Church was a recent guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Fincham.

Wayne Garber of Harrisonburg and Miss Jean Gasque were Sunday guests of Miss Jo Ellen Worth.

Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. ^Edward Cary were Mrs. Mary Lea Goff and sons, Gerry, Ronnie and Kenneth of Sanford, Fla., Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Reid and son, Terry of ■ Edgewood, Maryland, and Mrs. Dorothy Bradshaw and son, Bill of Baltimore. The guests left for Maryland on Sunday afternoon.

Miss Jo Ellen Worth left Wednesday for Harrisonburg where she will be the guest of Wayne Garber. On Thursday evening Mr. Garber and Miss Worth will present a program at a banquet in Shenandoah. Friday morning they will leave for Roanoke where they will sing at the wedding of a classmate from Madison College.

Dr. and Mrs. J. W7. Clark were visitors of Mrs. Alice Clark last week. Mrs. Matilda W7alker and Mrs. L. V. Merrill were shopping in Culpeper recently. Hill Walker has been sick, but is feeling much better now. Monday guests of Mrs. J. Wr. Critzer were Mrs. J. C. Hetrick of Arlington and Mrs. J. W. Morrison and J. E. Warner of Luray. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne and children, “Peachy” and David were Saturday night supper guests of Dr. and Mrs. W. L. Wake. T/Sgt. John A. Wake of Ramore, Ontario, is spending this week with Dr. and Mrs. W. L. Wake.

Mr. and Mrs. Russell and daughter, Hattie Elizabeth were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Reid and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Bowie.

Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones and family Misses Becky and Segar Jones and Ned Moffett left Friday for Orkney Springs. Mrs. J. Frank Jones is visiting Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Turner, her son-in-law and daughter.
