The Democratic Party' of Virinia comes into the gubernatorial campaign of 1953 conscious of the high caliber of public services, as demonstrated in the record of accomplishments- of State government, which have been ably planned and directed by successive Democratic administrations over the past 75 years. •

Lindsay Almond, Jr., who have been elected to represent the Democratic Party of Virginia for the three Statewide offices reiterate .their faith in, arid adherence to those basic concepts of public service, which have won for the Democratic Party the admiration and acceptance of the large majority of our people over these years in its administration of the affairs of Stete government.
