WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR RAIL ROAD RATE REDUCTIONS— Any farmer who needs hay and will use it in a drought designated county is eligible for the rail road rate reduction. Farmers who are declared eligible for the U.S.D.A. freight allowance by their County Emergnecy Drought Committee are eligible for the railroad freight reduction too.
Farmers who are eligible for the U. S. D. A. freight allowance hut., who produce livestock or conduct livestock feeding operations are also eligible for the railroad freight reduction, provided they use the hay in a drought designated area and do not resell it.
HOW THE REDUCTION f WORKS—Cars will be shipped at full freight rate. When he pays his freight bill, the dealer to whom the car is consigned will present la special railroad certificate signed by the^cuunty agent. ‘ . '
