These dealers are now ready to take orders from any Rappahannock farmer feeding livestock who are in need of hay. Farmers are urged to see one of the above dealers of their choice immediately in order that they may receive the benefits of the railroad reduced rates which will amount •to about an average reduction in hay price of about $8. It is felt the railroads may extend this reduction beyond the 16th of Nov if farmers indicate at once they will use the offer. Remember the dealer must

The county agent’s office is now reaady to take applications for the Federal-State Drought Emergency hay from farmers who sineerely • consider themselves eligible. It is advisable for this group to act quickly too.
