regular monthly meeting of the Rappahannock County4 Chapter of the Future Farmers of Amd’ica was held'""bn November 10, 1953 in the Agriculture building with President Kelly Updike presiding. The main purpose of the meeting was the initiation of Green Hands to the degree of Chapter Farmer. J. T. Atkins, Gordon Graves, Gavor Foster, Lester Clatterbuck, J. T. Pullen, Lewis Clark, Donald Liscomb, Milton Dodson and £3unny Pullen are now full fledged Chapter Farmers.

It was unanimously decided that the Chapter sponsor a Minstrel to be given at the High School the week before Christmas. Preparations are under way and we hope to give a show that will be enjoyed by all.

MISSIONARY MEETING

The Julia-Hagood Missionary Society met in the home of Mrs. Glen Williams on Tuesday evening with Mrs. Williams in charge of the program. The topic for discussion was "Our Work in Korea.” : _
