Hening & Pillar announce the sale of a plot of land in Rappahannock county to E. N. Montague, chief personnel officer for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington.
Mr. and Mrs. Montague plan" to build a week-end home on the plot, which is located near the headwaters of the Hazel River, adjoining the Shenandoah National Park. The land was bought from Cumberland Bennett and is across the river from the property of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pillar, in a picturesque setting.
