The Grand Jury returned true bills in the case of: thd Commpnwealth versus Charles Sisk; accused of a felony; the Commonwealth vs. Henry B. Jenkins, accused of felony; and the Commonwealth vs. Bob Nichols, accused of a felony. The three are represented ^by James W. Fletcher. Trial was set for November 17.
