Work in Rappahannock in 1953 1. The home agent worked a period of 12 months devoting 160 days to adult work, 134.5 to 4-H work and 2.5 days to older youth. A total of 262 meetings were held with demonstrations given at each by both leader and agent with an attendance of 3030. The home agent made a total of 1089 home visits; 791 office or telephone calls;, 18 radio talks; 51 news articles published and traveled 13,539 miles in personal car on official business.

2. Thirteen adult groups have met three or more times organized to the extent that they meet regularly with planned community and county goals , 10 obtain a. method demonstration at each meeting. The group has a total membership of 262. v

3. Ten 4-H dubs were organized with 9 additional groups meeting during the summer months. A total of 131 girls enrolled in f98 projects and cbmpleted 138 of these projects. 18 adult leaders with 13 junior leaders received , training and gave 37 demonstratons and talks to the clubs.
