ounuay morning mr>. ucurgc Davis and George III motored to Warrenton for the day and returned in the afternoon with Miss Davis.

Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller of Miilermead motored to Charlottesville on Monday. Mrs. Miller will visit her daughter, Miss Louise S. Miller while Mr. Miller is having a “check-up” at the University Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bruce of Front Royal were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. T. Bruce of Stonehaven.

Gilbert Updike, who has been a patient for several days in the Warren County Memorial Hospital, returned to his home Sunday. Mr. Updike’s condition is said to be satisfactory.

Earl Keeler, a patient in the Warren Memorial Hospital, is improving.

Miss Irene Keyser visited Mrs. Frank Wood and Mr. and Mrs. Downing Wood Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. J. W. Price, Mrs. Earl Edmonds and Miss Mary Miller Wood attended the movie “Mogambo” in Front Royal Sunday night.

Mr. and Mrs. Judd Burke were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs.^Guy Burke. .Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Baumgardner 11 and Leroy Baumgardner were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Petty and Miss Kate Petty.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Glick and children, Larry" and Donna Jean of Port Republic were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Racer.

Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Biedler of Washington, D. C. were week-end guests of Mrs. H'. J. Racer.

A/3c Charles G. Scroggins returned to base Monday after spending a 15-day leave at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Scroggins.
