Trial Justice Cases—
The following persons were summoned by C. Ennis Brown, local game warden, to appear in Trial Justice Court, and were required to pay the court costs and a fine as well as being ordered to buy tags for their dogs: R. E. Craft, Willy Althur, Orville Faulkner, Horace Scott, George Ficklin, Arthur Scojt, I. L. Parish, Richard Gore and Frank Kinsey.
In the case of the Commonwealth vs. Walter Franklin Tobin charged with speeding, Tobin was fined $15 and costs.
Kalvin B. Racer, charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, improper lights and no operator’s license, was fined $5 for the no operator’s charge and $10 for the improper lights charge. The charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, was dismissed.
A fine of $10 and costs was imposed upon Oscar Baldwin, charged with reckless driving.
In the case of tho- Commonwealth versus Eugene Atkins, a charge of disorderly conduct in a public place, was dismissed upon the motion of the complaining witness on the payment ■ of costs by the defendant.
