Fire Auxiliary Meeting —There will be a special meeting of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Washington Fire Company, Friday night at 7:30. This meeting is for the purpose of discussing matters that require immediate attention.

Mrs. G. W. Smith of Flint Hill has been appointed Red Cross Fund Chairman for Rappahannock County in the 1954 drive.
This drive for memberships and funds, will officially open March 1. The fund quota for 1954 is $1120 and the membership goal is 600.
