Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Singleton were Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Locke of Lakeland, Florida, Mr., and Mrs. Oscar Carter and sons, Warren and —Donald, and- Wilby_jof_Erentville, Mr. and Mrs. Manley Lane and two daughters of Chicago, who spent three days in the Singleton home, left on Saturday accompanied by Mrs. L. N. Singleton, who had been spending a vacation here. Mr. Singleton remained for a longer stay with his parents.
Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily were dinner guests on Saturday of Mrs. W. E. Jones in Front Royal enroute to Bentonville, where they were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Morris Lockhart. On Sunday they were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Pilham Morrison. Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Barr of Martinsburg were also dinner guests in the Morrison home.
