Pursuant to the provisions of a certain chattel deed of trust executed by Hubert Walker Gordon to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated August 11, 1952, and granting unto said trustee one Ford automobile, (1941), 4-dr. sedan, motor no. 18-<y>54635, to secure the payment or a note therein described, default having been made in the payment of said note and at the request of the legal holder of the note therein described, the debt and obligation having been declared to be due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, will offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on Monday, August 9, 1954, at 2 o'clock P. M". the automobile here in described.
