The First Baptist Church of • Washington will observe Fellowship Day, July 3, 1955. The guest speaker for morning and evening services will be the brother-in-law of the late Deacon Francis Carter, Rev. William C. Burnett, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Bridgeville, Pa. All of our sister ( churches and pastors and friends are invited to attend these services at which time we shall have our memorial services of our First Baptist deceased members.

There will be a lawn party at Mrs. Fannie Carter’s, Saturday, _ July 2, at 7 o’clock for the benefit * of the Rally.
• ' The American Legion of Front Royal (174) will render a program at First Baptist Church, Washington, July 3 at 3 o’clock. Also there will be cold drinks on sale. Benefit of the Rally, sponsored by Esther.
There will be a social at Pine Knot Inn, Friday, July 8, benefit of the Rally.
The Community Chorus of Culpeper, directed by Mrs. Lelia Lightfoot Greenwood, will present a program at First Baptist Church on Friday night, July 1 at -8 ’ o’clock. Come out and hear these grand singers, sponsored by Sara, benefit of the Rally.
' The tylonarchs defeated the Luray team, Sunday, 10-4, on the Pine Knot Inn diamond.
They will play Millwood here this Sunday at 2:30.
There will be no meeting pf the Monarchs, Sunday, due to there being church services. .

The Harris Hollow Primitive Baptist Church will hold its union meeting the second Sunday in July. All finances will go toward the repairing of the meeting house. We hope everyone will come and help us in this great work. Guest speaker will be Elder Halstor of Washington, D. C. Come one, come all.
