The purpose of a newspapers reporting is to relate an incident, to give the faci*. The newspaper does not seek sensationalism, it does not propose to throw a scare. However, the words which we hear we repoijt. These words, yours, not the reporters, throw the scare. If the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors Ivishes to discuss ; matters it does not want before the people, it should not discuss them in their regular open monthly meetings. For if is matter is important enough to; be discussed by county representatives in their lone monthly meeting, it is surely important enough to be given a place in the county newspaper.
