The final county-wide Bangs Control & Eradication program for 1955 was completed this week by your county agent and cooperating veterinarians with 206 heifers being Bangs Vaccinated and 296 cows being blood tested for 44 different fanners.
Clarence Coleman, who heads Up the Soil Survey work in Rappahannock and who has been confined at his apartment in the Barks,dale home for the past couple of months following an operation for removal of a broken knee cap,* is making satisfactory recovery. Mr. Coleman’s friends are happy to know he is getting along nicely and expects to be back on the job in a couple of weeks.
