Dana Snead Unhurt In Fall From Horse

Miss Dana Snead bruised her back Monday evening when she fell from a horse while riding with her girl friend, Joyce Ann Moore, on the Moore farm.

Fearing a break, Dana was rushed to the Warren Memorial Hospital. X-ray proved bruises to be the extent of-the injury. Joyce suffered a fall, too, but escaped injury. (This account would have been much more interesting if I could have written it the way “brother Ray” told it.

Mildred Jenkins Weds John Jenkins

Mr. and Mrs. George B. Jenkins of Sperryville have announced the marriage of their daughter, Mildred Anne to John R. Jenkins, son of Mrs. Seth Jenkins of Culpeper. A double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. George Bowman III at his home in Woodville on October 28 at 6:45.

Mr. Jenkins served two years in the U. S. Army and was discharged as a Sgt. in February of this year.
