Mrs. Nellie Sprowls, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Guy and daughter, Edna Mae of Homestead, Pa., were Tuesday evening supper guests in the C. S. Fender home.
Mr. and Mrs. Luther Hall and son, Ronnie of Silver Spring, Md. visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Gaines, Mary Lou and Dickie of Falls Church visited Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Gaines.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee Barfield and children, Debbie and Bob of Culpeper, visited his mother, Mrs. Hazel Barfield and grandmother, Mrs. Foushee at the home of Miss Alice and Josh Hitt.
Mrs. Clarence Fincham is recuperating at her home from a heart attack she suffered several weeks ago.
Oscar Dodson Jr., of Hickory, N. C. and his buddy, Sam Pearson of Pensacola, Fla. spent a few days with Oscar’s parents, Mr. and- Mrs. Oscar Dodson Sr.
Miss Eda Finks and her house guest, Mrs. T. H. Coates spent Thursday evening with the Miller sisters. Sunday evening Mrs. C. W. Reese, Mrs. Jennie Miller, Miss Lizzie Miller, Irvin Sullivan attended a Cantata at the Singing Tower of Luray.
