The ReV. A. Paul Thompson will deliver his last sermon as past< r of Reynolds Memorial Baptist C lurch on Sunday, September 2, at 10:15 a.m.

Six window medallions recently given to the church will be dedicited at the service.

The congregation extends a cardial invitation to friends to worship with them- at this service.

A. Gentry' were hostesses at

“Stork Shower” in honor of _ -s. Robert Leonard of Washington, Va., Mrs. Paul Nichols and _ rs. John Derting of Flint Hill.

About thirty friends of the ladies gathered in the Reynolds home to surprise them.

All the gifts were heaped in a ba: si net and each of the honored

guests helped herself in turn until all were removed. They were each presented with a corsage by the hostesses.

Games and refreshments completed the evening.

Mrs. Billy Kilby and Mrs. A. |D. Goodson of Sperryville, and Mrs. G. W. Powers of Washington, Virginia.
