A new branch office of Strout Realty, Inc. has been opended at Criglersville it is announced this week.

The Strout organization began operations in 1900 and has since extended its activities to a nationwide scope with hundreds of offices from coast to coast. Through 1957, 133,304'sales have been made.
The new branch office is a move to expand Strout’s well known service to Madison, Greene, Culpeper and Rappahannock counties and will be an addition to the service already being given to Madison and vicinity.
The company’s new representative at Criglersville is Roy Ramsdell who has been selling country properties throughout Northern Virginia for the past five years. Mr. Ramsdell, who is also president of Ramsdell Associates, Inc., promises to make the resources of the famous Strout Organization available to any resident of this area desiring to list property for sale through their facilities.
