Mr. Reid, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reid of Flint Hill was bom in Front RoyaL Mr. and Mrs. Reid have three daughters, Mrs. Bruce Bowie of Culpeper; Mrs. Paul Miller, Flint Hill and Mrs. Downing Wood, Washington, Va.. Their three sons are C. G. Reid, Jr. and Joe Reid of New York and Robert Reid of Venzeula, S. A.
Mr. and Mrs. Reid had as their visitors Sunday some of their children and their grandchildren and friends.
