Forest Grove Church To

Hold Open House

Forset Grove Raptist Church will hold open house Easter Sunday afternoon from 2:30 to 4:30. This marks the completion of the Educational Building. A moving picture, showing some of the highlights in the construction of the addition will be shown and refreshments will be served. The public is invited to atterfd.

B. Sandidge Resigns

From School Post

Mr. F. Brent Sandidge, who has been General Supervisor for the Warren and Rappahannock Public Schools for the past three years, announced his decision to accept a position with the public schools in Staunton. Virginia, beginning July 1, I960. Mr. Sandidge has been appointed Director of Instruction for the Staunton Public School System.

Formerly he served as Prinrip-d of the Jefferson Grammar School in Staunton from 1955 to 1957. Prior to going to Staunton, h" was Assistant Principal at Fishersville and Beverley Manor and Principal of Mt. Sidney Elementary School in Augusta County. Mr. Sandidge was graduated from Lynchburg College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1950. During his senior year, he was elccted to "Who’s Who in American Colleges.” In 1955, he earned the degree of Master of Arts at the University of Virginia. While atcontinued
