Sue Many visited her sister Mildred over the weekend and attended the Cherry Blossom parade. When the float from Guam went by throwing grapefruit, Sue caught one....said it was real good.
Read in the Front Royal paper that Mary Waller is in a Washington Hospital for surgery.
Held open house at Meadow Brook Hall Sunday. Right many people came to see the place, but 1 will never get used to not having Mrs. Slaughter -meet me at the door with her warm welcome.
Nancy Latham and Nancy Wood spent the weekend in Falls Church with Frances Harris. Had a big time. They went in Twizzie’s car. Nancy L. did the driving and reports her only mishap was killing a quail.
