The County Board of Supervisors at its last meeting empowered Judge Rayner Snead to set up a Board of Trustees to conduct the business of the new Rappahannock Library, to be located in the old Presbyterian Church on Gay Street in Washington, Va.
Judge Snead this week announced the" following appointments: Mr. Q. D. Gasque, County Superintendent of Schools; Mr. Freer Wilson of Flint Hill; Mrs. Vi gitvia Miller, Washington; Mr. Tom Pillar and Mrs. Elizabeth Johnson -of Sperryville. Memberships on the Board of Trustees will be revolving and no member may succeed himself at the expiration of his appointed term.
