The budget synopsis is prepared and published for informative and fiscal planning purposes only. The inclusion in the budget of any item or items does not constitute an obligation or commitment on the part of the Board of Supervisors of this county to appropiate any funds for that item or purpose. The budget has been prepared on the basis of the estimates and requests submitted to the Board of Supervisors by the several officers and department heads of this county. There is no allocation, or designation of any funds of this county for any purpose until there has been an appropiation for that purpose by the Board of Supervisors. A hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors on the budget for informative purposes at the Court House on the 4th day of May, 1960 at 10:00 o’clock, at which time any citizen of this county shall have the right to attend and state his views. The budget is for informative and fiscal planning purposes and will not be approved1, adopted, or ratified1 by the Board of Supervisors.
